Artist Statement

Sterling silver hallmarked jewellery, handcrafted in my studio in Pentrich, Derbyshire. I offer a selection of chainmaille and solid silver items including bangles, bracelets, necklaces and earrings.
Chainmaille is painstakingly made by creating lots of tiny silver rings, which are then woven together in different designs, opening and closing each one in turn to create beautiful jewellery. Sometimes twisted wire is used, or Swarovski crystals or gemstones are added for a splash of colour, sparkle and originality to my designs. I also create unique solid silver items by hand using traditional silversmithing tools. It all takes lots of time & patience but I love to please my customers and it's so rewarding to receive positive feedback!
