Artist Statement

Thomas Petit Glass started in 1991 in London & Thomas has also worked in New Zealand, before heading back to the UK , where he worked in Derbyshire & has remained in Derbyshire since 1999. Thomas now works solely for himself & rents time from a local glass studio. Thomas is best known for his abstract land and seascapes designs, that are available in bowls, vases & stoppered bottles. Thomas also creates fused glass plaques to be displayed in metal stands or straight onto the wall . These are made from blown pieces, sawn up, cold finished & fused back together in a specialist fusing kiln. Thomas also has other ranges in vibrant and serene colours.
