Artist Statement

I hand build and throw ceramic homewares and decorative items. I draw inspiration for my creations from walking in the Peak District. I enjoy the ever changing colours of the hills and valleys, as the sunlight and clouds move over them. In my work I aim to capture those colours and textures, experimenting with different clays and glazes to produce my pieces.
