I love to combine materials such as porcelain and wire … sometimes decorative … sometimes wearable …
I knit fine wire into sculptural forms, worn pinned on clothing ... sitting on a windowsill catching the light they look equally good …
Porcelain clay makes pleasing shapes which give me many opportunities to combine with other materials: felt - wire - wool - acrylic ... some then become jewellery ...
