Artist Statement

I enjoy trying to evoke the feeling of walking in the hills or by the coast. I like to work quickly as I believe that working this way helps to capture the moment. Where possible I like to complete a painting on site. Sometimes the elements “interfering“ with the paper enhance the painting.
